Preventive care is an easy way to make sure your health stays on track. And our Devoted Dollars program rewards you up to $160 for doing just that.

What are the rewards?

In 2020, you can earn:

• Up to $100 for visiting your PCP at least once every 3 months ($25 per visit)
• Up to $75 for diabetes management and cancer screenings
• $10 for getting your flu shot for the 2020 flu season

If you're a 2019 Devoted member, you still have time to earn a $25 reward for seeing your PCP between October 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019.

How does it work?

It’s simple. We’ll automatically send you a prepaid Visa card once we see that you’ve received care that qualifies. The card comes ready to use and it's good wherever Visa is accepted.
