Telehealth Services
Federal Guidance
CMS expanded the range of reimbursable telehealth services during the PHE. While the PHE ends on May 11, CMS recently extended most telehealth flexibilities through the end of 2024. Stay up-to-date on telehealth guidance.
Covered telehealth services
Members are covered for telehealth visits like any other visit. If a member has a copay for in-person visits, they will have a copay for telehealth too. Providers and members can check their Evidence of Coverage for specific copays.
