Here’s what to expect next:

  1. If needed, we may call you to confirm details of your application.
  2. Medicare will review your application — we’ll send you a letter letting you know that your application is being reviewed.
  3. If your application is approved, you’ll get a text (if you shared your cell phone number), and a letter confirming that you’re signed up for a Devoted Health plan!
  4. You’ll get your Devoted Health member ID in the mail, followed by your Welcome Kit.
