If writing a DME order for a new Devoted member who needs to transition their DME to IHCS, please write TRANSITION on the cover sheet & fax the order to:

Coverage Details

For coverage information refer to the member’s Evidence of Coverage (EOC).  Search plan documents, select the member’s plan, then select the EOC. If you would like to know what brands of DME we cover, check out the covered brands list for 2025 or covered brands list for 2026.

Exceptions

IHCS does not provide the following items:

  • Diabetic Supplies & Shoes
  • Orthotics
  • Prosthetics
  • Breast Pumps
  • Mastectomy Supplies
  • Compression Stockings 
  • Cardiac Monitoring
  • Dental Devices to treat sleep apnea

Coverage Details

For coverage information refer to the member’s Evidence of Coverage (EOC). View all plan documents, select the member’s plan, then select the EOC. We cover all the same DME brands as Original Medicare.

Contact Advocate at Home for durable medical equipment (DME), home health, and home infusion network and fulfillment. Members should work with their PCP to obtain an order for DME / Home Health / Home Infusion if medically necessary. Contact Devoted or Advocate at Home directly with questions.
