WALTHAM, MA, January 30, 2026 — Devoted Health, an all-in-one healthcare company redefining how healthcare is experienced and delivered, today announced that it has grown to serve over 466,000 members as of January 2026, a year-over-year increase of 121 percent, across 29 states.

“Devoted was founded because we felt that there was a real need for a different approach to addressing and improving health and well-being. People wanted more involvement in their health, better value and service, and to have a trusted health partner to help them live their best lives,” said Ed Park, Devoted’s CEO and Co-Founder. “The growth we saw this past year is the result of the hard work of the entire Devoted team — from our clinicians to our Guides and engineers — to create the care services and technology that can deliver on this promise.”

Devoted also announced that it has closed on $366 million of equity funding, in two tranches: a Series F financing totaling $48 million which completed in November of 2025, and a Series F-Prime financing totaling $317 million which completed in January of 2026. The Series F and Series F-Prime financings were led by Devoted’s longstanding partners at The Space Between (TSB), in partnership with Centricus, a London-based global investment firm, and included new investors: GV; VZVC; Morgan Health, a division of JPMorganChase; Franklin Venture Partners, a division of Franklin Templeton; VanEck; and MIG Private Equity. Also participating in this funding were existing investors including: Cox Enterprises, Inc., Premji Invest, The Private Shares Fund, NextView Ventures, Highbury, Emerson Collective, Andreessen Horowitz, BRONZE, Stardust Equity, General Catalyst, Frist Cressey Ventures, and Fearless Ventures.

“In a healthcare system that isn’t always accessible or easy to navigate, we are working to build tech-enabled, human-centric healthcare at scale that genuinely strives to care for every single member like they are literally our own family,” said Todd Park, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Devoted Health. “It’s deeply gratifying to find others who are excited to commit their energy and resources for the long-term for this journey.”

Devoted’s clinical and service excellence was recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in its most recent Star ratings. For instance, 100 percent of Devoted members in Star-eligible plans are in a plan rated 4 Stars or higher on important measures including: Statin Therapy for Patients with Cardiovascular Disease, Medication Reconciliation Post-Discharge, Breast Cancer Screening (Ages 50-74), and Osteoporosis Management in Women who had a Fracture. Additionally, 96 percent of members in Star-rated plans are in a plan rated 4 or more Stars on the Controlling Blood Pressure measure, and 97 percent are in a plan rated similarly for Medication Adherence for Cholesterol (Statins).

Devoted also continues to receive high marks for member satisfaction and experience. Among all Star-eligible Devoted plans, 98 percent of members are in a plan rated 4+ stars on the measure of Health Plan Rating – with six contracts receiving 5 stars. Among all Star-eligible Devoted plans, 95 percent of members are in a plan rated 4+ stars on the Customer Service measure — including 11 contracts receiving 5 stars. Devoted’s industry‑leading member experience translates into exceptional member trust: 93 percent of members surveyed said that they trust Devoted is keeping its promise to get them the care they need.

In 2025, Devoted Health was also named to Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Health Care list and the magazine’s Best Workplaces for Women list, and Forbes named Devoted one of America’s Best Start-Up Employers.
