- Log in to your MyDevoted member portal and check near the bottom of the Profile page
- Create an account on the SilverSneakers website using your name and birth date

In-person gyms and fitness centers
Your Devoted SilverSneakers membership is good at participating gyms across the country. You’re not limited to just one location — you can sign up at as many participating gyms as you like!
To get started:
- Search for participating locations near you
- Go to the location of your choice — for 24-hour gyms, make sure to go during staffed hours
- Present your SilverSneakers 16-digit ID and your Devoted member ID to sign up for a membership
At-home and online programs
Can't make it to the gym? Your Devoted SilverSneakers membership also includes $0 access to:
- SilverSneakers LIVE virtual workout classes and workshops
- SilverSneakers On-Demand video library with hundreds of workouts, fall prevention classes, and stress management workshops available anytime, 24/7
- GetSetUp live virtual classes on topics like cooking, technology, travel, and more
