Getting Started with Payspan
Important Update
Beginning September 2026, all electronic payments and remittance will move from Payspan to a Devoted-sponsored ePayment Center in partnership with Zelis. You need to enroll in order to continue receiving electronic payments. Register for Devoted ePayment Center at any time or read our FAQs about the transition.
How to sign up
You can sign up for Payspan after receiving your first paper check from us. With that check, you'll also get an EFT registration code. Just go to Payspan's sign-up page, enter your code, and you'll be on your way.
A transaction fee may apply for every paper check issued after your second check. To avoid this fee, we encourage you to sign up for electronic payments with Payspan.
Lose your code?
No problem. You can ask for a new one:
- By email. Email PayspanProviderSupport@zelis.com and tell them you need a registration code for Devoted Health. Make sure to include your TIN in the email.
- Online. Go to the Payspan registration code request page and complete the form.
Payspan will email your registration code within 48 hours of your request. Follow the email's instructions on how to sign up with your code.
